We held our popular JMAT KS1 and KS2 Girls Shooting Stars Football Festival on Thursday 19th June at Wath Academy Astroturf. It was a really warm day but we had a fantastic turnout with 150 girls from 9 of our JMAT schools.
The event went really well and was ran by the Girls Football Scholars from Wath Academy. The aim of the festival was for schools to enjoy coming to the event and been active and playing football. This event was held in National School Sport Week helping to promote school sport nationally. We look forward to hosting this event next year.
