On the 15th October staff from our JMAT schools attended the Free England Hockey Staff training. This training gave staff more understanding and knowledge on how to teach Hockey within the PE Curriculum across all Key Stages. It was great to host our first ever JMAT KS2 Netball festival at Wath Academy Netball Courts. With the fantastic support from Miss Greenfield, Mrs Cunningham and the Netball Scholars we organised numerous activities for the children to try with Netball. Mrs Thickett from Wath CofE and Brampton Netball Club was able to signpost children to the local Netball Club which is a fantastic club link.
