We are seeking a passionate and dedicated class teacher to join our team from September 2025. We welcome applications from teachers with some experience and a passion for Early Years and Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will be committed to ensuring that every child thrives, and will embrace our school’s core values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
· Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
· Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
· Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
· Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
· Experience teaching in EYFS and / or KS1.
· Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to the school's vision and values.
· A proven track record of raising standards in a primary setting.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Commitment to inclusion and ensuring equity in education.
· A passion and commitment to inspiring young minds through engaging, dynamic, and imaginative approaches.
